Last year in May, we entered the Amazing Place Playground Competition. The Amazing Place Playground Competition was created because Christchurch had a massive earthquake and we have to rebuild. The government said that they would build the best playground in the city. The Amazing Place Playground Competition was created so that children would design the playground. We (Hattie, Enya, Zelle and Lucy) won the Amazing Place Competition with our Margaret Mahy Memorial Playground!
A few weeks ago, some people from CERA (the designers of the playground) came to film us for a documentary on the competition. It was lots of fun! Here is the video.
